Niederthai - the Cross-Country Skiing Paradise
In Niederthai 1,550m (7km above of Umhausen), one of the most snow-reliable cross-country skiing areas in Austria, you find 22km of groomed cross-country skiing trails. There are Nordic trails at all levels of difficulty.
Cross-Country Skiing in Längenfeld / Gries
At an altitude of 1,200 metres, cross-country skiers find a true paradise with 50 kilometres of groomed Nordic trails, which can be used free of charge. Thanks to the width of the valley basin, generous loops can be tracked. Should there not be enough snow in the valley, the high-altitude cross-country skiing trails in Gries at an altitude of 1,600m are a good alternative.
