The Ferienhaus Ban Brösign has a living area of 220m² and features a fenced 100m²-large garden. On the ground floor is an Ötztal stone-pine parlour with original Ötztal stove and a large dining area with fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and dining area as well as a separate WC.
On the 1st floor there is a spacious triple room with TV and a double room, as well as a bath with tub and shower (two separate basins) and a separate WC.
On the second floor are two double rooms with TV and balcony as well as a triple room with bunk bed and single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and basin and a separate WC.
The newly developed basement with a common room with sitting and TV, also features a gym with a cross-trainer and a training station with TV and infrared cabin. Of course the house has a ski-storage room including boot dryer and a washing machine.
In the garden there is a large roof-covered eating area and wood-fired grill as well as deckchairs and playground equipment for our youngest guests. Parking places are directly at the house.
If you book our holiday home, the initial linen, towels and bathing towels are included. Wood for the stove is provided free of charge.
